Last February I start mengajar kat sini, there are lot of difference between teaching chinese student and malay student,Chinese ni besa la as we all know they are very hardworking and always do something berfaedah bagi memenuhi masa terluang mereka.Malay student plak macam besa la kalau ada masa terluang mesti nak main,( bagus main ni ) tapi tu la banyak sangat "free style play" they all ni jerit-jerit, kejar-kejar they cannot sit down do puzzle or play the brain block ada yang suka tapi ramai yang tak berminat.
I like the system here,teachers here approach the english to student in a very fun way mana2 student yang lemah membaca akan diadakan reading competition dimana parent and teacher working together prepare a very nice big present so the student will work so hard on it to get that present.Redemption system also running properly every 2 month all student can count their points and change to presents.Tapi tu la selepas diamati they all ni mesti pemakan rasuah besar bila dewasa nanti, they wont do their schoolwork unless teachers promise to give them point not just that even something like tolong cuci papan putih pun nak upah ayoyo I have no idea what to say la semua nak upah.
Banyak benda I kena refresh balik dari kotak ingatan yang dah betahun-tahun tak diguna pakai ni especially in math and hukum hakam english.Difficult jugak ok even math for standard 6 ingat lagi satu hari tu masa awal-awal I mula masuk kerja usually I handle Bm, story class and class for Art and Craft suddently my bos asked me to take over math class, I ok ja la masuk class tu without made any preparation sekali ambik kau got eleven of them buat math guna buku yang pelbagai and do the different title.After they finished then they ask me to check, I ok la check semua ok try to maintain actually deep inside gelabah jugak kena mai soalan fraction la semua ble dengan confident I asked them to put their book on the side and I'll check later padahal banyak ja soalan yang I confiuse.But those thing happen diawal pengajaran la now kepala otak I dah begeliga balik but still for me its not easy to become a teacher, nak nak lagi I jenis yang buat sesuatu surroundings must be quite then I can focus ni baru kita nak buat kira-kira "teacher I want to go to toilet" " teacher I want sharpener" "teacher Brandon said something rude for me I want you to punish him" ( this case I penah jawab dekat si pemberitahu I didnt hear brandon said anything rude for you,then they all said he did but in chinese ) - aduh masalah bahasa lagi kena tanggung - dekat rumah I sleepless at night thinking about budak-budak Oh! my God so much thing remeh temeh actually nak kena deal to become a teacher ni seriously I respect to all teacher out there sabarnya mereka, me I dont know la macam serik ja even baru jadi tuition teacher
